Santorini Princess will authorize your credit card and in case authorization is declined reserves the right to decline the booking. Reservations can be cancelled up to 22 days prior to arrival free of charge. If reservation is cancelled: from 21 to 15 days prior to the confirmed arrival date of the visitor - client, 50% of the total amount of the stay is charged. From 14 to 8 days prior to the confirmed arrival date of the visitor - client, 75% of the total amount of the stay is charged. From 7 days or less prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the total amount of the stay is charged. In case of no-show or departure prior to the scheduled departure date, the total amount of the stay is charged. The “overnight stay tax” as presented in L. 4389/2016 and/or any modification of the same will be paid by the guest at the hotel. According to this law, and because we are a five star hotel, all guests will be requested to pay the extra amount of 4€ per night additionally to the price they have been quoted for the accommodation. .

Imerovigli, The outstanding view Santorini has a number of spots where one can take magnificent pictures of the unique scenery the island offers. But perhaps the most outstanding is one offered at Imerovigli, at the highest spot of the rim of the caldera (300 meters high). Imerovigli which means day watch, is near Fira and a place which should not be missed while on Santorini.

We are also gourmets and visit Michelin Restaurants around the world. Shortly saying we are high class travellers and only business class users. Room: The bed is not really perfect for mature couples (one side open). Quality of bed wasn't really good for us. Bathroom: wasn't really clean. There were ants in the bathroom and we missed glasses for teeth-cleaning. Power of water wasn't really strong - maybe a problem of the area. Spa: very small and it's not good that you have to make "special time" for using. For a 5star Hotel is the Spa too small. Your massage teacher was very good. Restaurant: Very good food for the money we paid. Wines were sometimes too warm. It's very nice that we sometimes got a special extra on house to our meal. It would be better asking which extra is perfect for the special person. Sometimes the extras were too much - so all goes back to kitchen! Transportation: In the most 5star hotels the transport from and to the port/airport is free or in the price of the whole stay. Prices for extra transportation are fair. Pool: a little bit small and the water too cold. Too many people for the pool lies. Sometimes you can't find a place and it was better to leave. Service at the pool area was perfect. Reception: perfect! We hope that we could help you with our answers and statements. We are not travellers who write this down in some of the internet platforms. We wanna talk directly with the hotel.
